Cooperation with University of Warmia and Mazury, Poland

It is a pleasure to inform that Market Trend Valuation Center started cooperation University of Warmia and Mazury in Poland. We had great honor in organizing seminars and get acquainted with the original scientific research of prof. Sabina Źróbek, prof. Ryszard Źróbek, prof. Małgorzata Renigier-Biłozor, and PhD Marek Walacik. These researchers published interesting publications from theoretical and practical perspectives. The research covers the theoretical background of valuation, methodological approaches for valuation for loan, emotion recognition, and material related to automated valuation models. Together with professional appraisals from Lithuania, we had an opportunity to participate in their seminar. We are also planning to organize a seminar in Poland and increase the scope of our collaboration.
