ROCKIT Vilnius together with Baltic sandbox and Eastnine AB organized a PropTech innovation program aimed at encouraging the development of innovations in the PropTech sector. During the intensive week program, it was possible to consult with experts from various sectors and investment funds.

PropTech – [Property Technology] is the definition of innovation and digital transformation in the real estate and construction sector.

During the program there were also discussions about trends in the PropTech sector:

• Green transition: cost-effective and sustainable buildings

• Data Collection and Analysis – Why is it the new power of real estate?

• The office space of the future: flexible, sustainable and technology-based

At the end of the program, there was a competition for business ideas in which 10 companies competed (video). The Market Trend Valuation Center was chosen among the top 3 companies.
